Single Deck Pallet
Also called single-faced has only one layer of deck boards on the top; no bottom deck boards. It tends to be lighter, more cost-effective, and designed for shipping lightweight or stackable goods. NetZero Pallet offers single-deck coconut-fiber versions with dynamic loads typically around 700–1,000 kg and static capacity around 1,300–1,600 kg, depending on size.
Double Deck Pallet
Also called double-faced feature deck boards on both top and bottom sides. They offer greater strength, rigidity, and stability, making them suitable for heavier loads and reducing risk of product damage. NetZero Pallet’s double-deck coconut variants have higher capacity—e.g. dynamic up to 1,000–1,500 kg and static up to 2,000–3,000 kg, per specs.
